After checking the console for warnings
I realized I had some HTML that was not properly structured. 
I refactored the code and the error dissappeared.
like h5 inside span which is not proper html structure

in new update of nextjs, after vertion 13: <a></a> can't be inside of nextjs <Link> component which means <Link><a></a><Link> this is not possible;

to avide error <a> should be outside or remove <Link> component

there might be other html tags may cause this but i noticed this <HopeItHelps>

It's a long shot, but maybe you had the same issue
