For Windows 11, try either following workarounds


#1. try to unregister current distros and shutdown WSL, then try to 
delete `wslconfig` located under `C:\Users\<your username>\`

#2. try to reinstall `VMware` if you deleted it. `VMware` has the bridge protocol
that connected to the ethernet adapter that get WSL worked.
