For Windows: 
1) Press WIn+R and enter "%USERPROFILE%"
2) Find ".ssh" folder 
3) In that you will find "known_host" file open it using text editor.
4) search for the Ip or address that you are facing issue with.
5) Remove that address and save the file. Try again the ssh command 
	in terminal it will work
