Just change your php.ini(xampp/php/php.ini) file, it worked for me!

max_execution_time = 5000
max_input_time = 5000
memory_limit = 1000M
post_max_size = 750M
upload_max_filesize = 750M

And, don't forget to restart Apache Module from XAMPP Control Panel.

* Open php.ini file in a text editor.
	- upload_max_filesize = 2M
	- post_max_size = 8M
* Change the values of upload_max_filesize and post_max_size to your desired maximum file size. For example:
	- upload_max_filesize = 100M
	- post_max_size = 100M
* Save the changes and close the file.
* Restart your web server for the changes to take effect.
