To fix this error we have to change powershell execution policy to remotesigned.
below you will see commands to do that -
(First and last commands are optional, those commands are to get the current 
execution plicy)

$ Get-ExecutionPolicy (optional)
$ Set-ExecutionPolicy -ExecutionPolicy RemoteSigned -Scope CurrentUser
$ Get-ExecutionPolicy (optional)
