Enable the intl Extension:

Open your XAMPP control panel.
Click on the "Config" button next to the Apache server.
Select "PHP (php.ini)" from the dropdown menu. This will open the php.ini file in a text editor.
Note: If you are using a different PHP setup (not XAMPP), you can locate the php.ini file in your PHP installation directory.

Search for the following line in the php.ini file:

;extension=intl
Remove the semicolon at the beginning of the line to uncomment it:

makefile
Copy code
extension=intl
Save the php.ini file and close the text editor.

Restart Apache:

After enabling the "intl" extension, you need to restart the Apache server in your XAMPP control panel to apply the changes.

 - Root composer.json requires vendor/package, it could not be found in any version, there may be a typo in the package name.
