	This is called unary operator. 
    The unary plus operator converts its operand to Number type.
    
    Everything that comes out of DOM is a string, we can use there to 
    make that string a number. 
    
    To prove my point If I do +"5"
	I get 5
    
    We can also use Number("5") and get same result.
