On the menu go to: Run -> Run.. (Or press F5)
Click the "..." button
Select the .exe file you want to run
Add this the end of it (INCLUDING quote): "$(FULL_CURRENT_PATH)"
So as an example your 'The Program to Run' would be:

C:\Windows\System32\notepad.exe "$(FULL_CURRENT_PATH)"
'or'
notepad "$(FULL_CURRENT_PATH)"
