Normalize the units in a helper column and sort by that column. For example:

If your disk space sizes are in column A (starting at A2), put this in B2 and copy down as needed:

=LEFT(A2,LEN(A2)-2)/10^((MATCH(RIGHT(A2,2),{"PB","TB","GB","MB","KB"},0)-3)*3)
