   2) Make sure that you have got a CSS media query that caters to the screensize that
   you are optimizing for.
   
   If you have satisfied both of the above and the issue still persists then you likely
   have got some other code that is conflicting/overriding your attempts at styling the
   element/s. 
   
   In this case, try using "right-click + inspect element" to identify both 
   the line/s of code and the file where the code can be found.
   
   Once you have found the code, try commenting it out to see if that helps/allows
   your code to work.
