    Open Environment Variables by clicking the "Edit the system environment variable"
    On the Advanced tab, click Environmental Variables. ...
    Select Path, click Edit.
    On the Edit evironement variable click New, copy the path given in warning C:\Users\---\AppData\Local\Pub\Cache\bin
    Paste into New path and click OK and OK
    OR
    Add the location of the directory to the Variable Value field, and click OK.
