## Step 1: open wp-config.php commonly located in the root folder of your 
## wordpress website (/applications/xampp/xamppfiles/htdocs/{your actual WordPress installation directory}). 

## Step 2: add the following line { 
## define( 'FS_METHOD', 'direct' );
## define( 'UPLOADS', 'wp-content/uploads' ); 
## } 
## before this line { require_once(ABSPATH . 'wp-settings.php'); } and save the file.

## Step 3: Open terminal, paste and enter:
