Note that the Text property only returns the plain text contents of the control, without any formatting (such as font styles or colors). If you want to get the formatted contents of the control (including font styles, colors, etc.), you'll need to use a different format, such as RTF or HTML. To get the contents of the control in RTF format, you can use the following code:
