The Operations Dashboard allows user login via a client-provided SAML identity provider. Configuration and examples for this are given in Setting up and configuring Vault with a SAML IdP. Information is also given about the dummy SAML provider that is included in the Vault distribution for demo and development purposes. The Operations Dashboard is intended for development and demonstration purposes and is not recommended for production-scale operations.

The user interface can be localised via the values.yaml file.

Permissions are assigned to roles via API using Access Control endpoints or interactively via the Operations Dashboard "Organisation Admin" pages.
