# For me the problem came from the way I installed rust : 
sudo dnf install rust # (it didn't install the rust toolchain)
# if you did the same consider to remove rust and use rustup

# in your project
ls $(rustc --print sysroot)/libexec
# should have rust-analyzer-proc-macro-srv

# to install rust with rust up
curl --proto '=https' --tlsv1.2 -sSf https://sh.rustup.rs | sh
