Check your numpy version using:

	import numpy as np
	print(np.__version__)
    
If it is greater than 20.0.0 try uninstalling it:

	pip uninstall numpy
    
Than reinstall it with a lower version.

	pip install numpy==1.19.5
    
This may break other imports if they rely on the newest version of Numpy but this should be fine.
