Run PowerShell as Administrator:
Right-click on the Start button.
Choose Windows PowerShell (admin).
In the PowerShell window, type the following command and press ENTER:
Get-AppXPackage -allusers | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

Reboot your PC and try opening the Microsoft Store again1.
Start WSL with Admin Privileges:
Open PowerShell or Command Prompt as an administrator.
Run the command wsl.
WSL will start, and you can close the window.
Now try using WSL normally; it should work without errors2.
Close VSCode WSL Extension (if applicable):
